About Toastmasters Club 4387 Site About this Site Welcome to Toastmasters Club 4387's Website. The name of our club is "Fluent Philosophers". Our club is one of five clubs in Toastmasters International, Founder's District, Division G, Area 3. We meet every Monday from 12:00 noon to 12:45 P.M. at the Fluor Engineering Site. Purpose The Toastmasters program is operated by individual clubs which follow the guidelines developed over more than 75 years by Toastmasters International. The members develop both speaking and leadership skills. Many commercial organizations recommend that employees join Toastmasters to learn these skills. Mission The mission of our club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
